What is the cost per square foot for a custom home?

This answer will vary based on a few factors. First, we would need to establish the property type and the type of home that will be built there. To start, we would need to have at least a preliminary plan from an architect, and this can help us determine budget.

What is your process for new builds?

We will examine the property with you to help you determine your desired vision. We can then pair you with an architect, and, if needed, a surveyor and engineer for septic approval. Once preliminary plans are drawn up and an estimate has been established, we’ll acquire construction documents, create a final estimate, sign all documentation, and get to work on the permit process.

After permits are secured, we’ll schedule your groundbreaking and keep you updated at every stage through our BuilderTrend platform.
