Discuss the final estimate and answer any questions to ensure all expectations are in alignment.
Start The Permit Process
If moving forward, the permit process is started.
Draw up the contract.
Draw up the contract and review with client.
Contract Signing
Signing of the contract.
Project Start
We can usually start 2-3 weeks after getting a signed contract.
